NAZA PSA Women’s World Championship is now being held in Malaysia where our women’s top player Annie Au confirmed her place in the round two after the tough 5 games against Indian Dipika Pallikal. 

Heading the first two games at 11-8 and 11-9, the world No. 10 slightly lost her focus in the third and fourth which gave Pallikal the chance to level the game. In the decider, Annie managed to fight back with her powerful attacks to snatch victory at 11-8, 11-9, 6-11, 6-11 and 11-7. She will encounter the world No. 2 and the winner of British Open 2016 Nour El Sherbini tomorrow for the top eight positions.
