The semi-finals of HEAD Hong Kong Junior Open 2016 saw the strongest line-up emerged in the finals at the crowded Hong Kong Squash Centre.

The BU19 final will be a repeat of last year as the defending champion, Tsukue Ryunosuke from Japan won over Lai Cheuk Nam at a straight to meet Ng Ka Yiu from Hong Kong who survived from the tough five setters at 11-9,11-7,6-11,8-11,16-14 against his fellow Ling To Yiu in the semis.

Following with the BU19, the top two seeds of GU19 both sailed through to the final after a 3-0 win. Watanabe Satomi from Japan and Ho Ka Wing will meet each other once again tomorrow after the GU17 final last year.

Meanwhile, there will be all local affairs in the GU17 and GU13 finals. The first seed of GU17, Lui Hiu Lam advanced to the final playing against Cheng Nga Ching whereas the seed No.2 of GU15 Wong Po Yui will face Renee Wu in the final.

Three more local finalists including Chan Sin Yuk who upset the seed No.1 at four games, Wong King Yeung and Lee Chung Hin will appear in GU15, BU17 and BU11 final respectively.
