Our Squash Coach, Ms. Chiu Wing Yin Rebecca was rewarded the “Coach of the Year Awards (Senior Athletes, Team Event)” for the second time in recognition of her outstanding achievement on leading the mixed team to claim the silver medal at the 9th World University Squash Championships and the women’s team to capture the historical bronze medal in the WSF Women's World Team Squash Championships respectively.

Mr. Cedric Tyen, Honorary Secretary of Hong Kong Squash on behalf of Ms. Rebecca Chiu who ws away for the Asian Individual Championship in Chennai to receive the award from Mr Lau Kong Wah JP, Secretary for Home Affairs and Ms Rhoda Chan, Head of Charities (Grant Making – Sports, Recreation, Arts and Culture) of The Hong Kong Jockey Club.

Besides, Ms. Rebecca Chiu along with all other SI coaches Mr. Faheem Khan, Mr. Dick Leung, Mr. Roger Ngan and Mr. Wong Hon Fung were also rewarded the “Coaching Excellence Awards” in acknowledgment of their remarkable contribution throughout the year.
