The 19th Asian Squash Team Championships 2018 got under the way in Cheongju, Korea. The first seed, Hong Kong reached the semi-finals in the men’s and women’s event.

The women’s team completed all the pool matches today by winning over Pakistan in 3-0. The team headed the pool to advance to the semi-finals playing against Malaysia at 12:30pm tomorrow (local time).

Meanwhile, the men’s team continued their winning run to defeat Korea in the quarter finals. Max Lee came first to claim a comfortable straight win and Yip Tsz Fung followed after to book the semi-final berth with a 3-1 victory. They will compete against Iran at 3pm tomorrow (local time).
