The semi final day saw the Hong Kong men’s and women’s team eased through to the finals together after beating Iran and Malaysia with a 2-0 triumph.

Annie Au and Joey Chan produced a straight game win over Ooi Kah Yan and Lai Wen Li respectively to meet the host Korea in the final held at 12:30 on 25 March (local time).

Coming after the women’s semis, the men’s team also conquered Iran as Max Lee and Leo Au claimed the victory without losing a game to advance to the final for a second consecutive year. They will be meeting the second seed Pakistan for the title at 3pm on 25 March (local time).
