Hong Kong Junior Team finished a remarkable run by winning 3 Golds, 2 Silvers and 6 Bronzes in the 25th Asian Junior Individual Championships which was completed successfully in Chennai of India.
Chan Sin Yuk retained the champion title in GU17 event after overcoming her rival Malaysian Jessica Keng in a straight at 11-4, 12-10 ,11-9. Leung Ka Huen won her maiden GU13 Champion by winning over her fellow Lee Sze Lok in four games at 11-3, 5-11, 11-5, 11-5 whereas Lee Sze Lok captured the silver medal. Chung Yat Long also earned the silver medal in BU19.
Meanwhile, six more bronze medals from Cheng Nga Ching of GU19, Fung Ching Hei of GU17, Wong Po Yui and Tse Yee Lam of GU15 and Tam Tsz Shing and Sze Jun Him of BU13 were achieved as well in the annual biggest regional junior championships.
