“19th Asian Junior Squash Team Championships 2019” came to an end after the five days of competition, Hong Kong once again claimed the silver and bronze medals for the girls’ and boys' teams respectively.
The girls’ team final was a repeat of 2017 between Hong Kong and Malaysia.
Chan Sin Yuk and Lee Sum Yuet were narrowly defeated in a tough five games to settle the silver medal.
For the boys’ team event, Hong Kong was two nil down to Pakistan in the semi-finals to capture the bronze medal together with Malaysia.
