The 2023 WSF Men’s World Team Championship is well underway in Tauranga, New Zealand this week.

Seeded 8th, Team Hong Kong, China lost to Team Germany by 1-2 on the first day of the tournament. Today (Dec 13), our team faced the 21st/24th seed, Team Tahiti in their final pool match. Tang Ming Hong, Leung Chi Hin Henry and Wong Chi Him all eliminated their opponents Adrien Maury, Kevin Pons, and Kamal Soussi in straight games respectively. With one win and one loss, the team ranked second in Pool H and successfully advanced to the next stage. They will face the 7th seed, Team Scotland in the Round of 16 tomorrow.
