WSF Women's World Team Squash Championship 2016 is now being held in Paris, France. The fourth seed, Hong Kong Women’s Team featuring Au Wing Chi Annie, Chan Ho Ling Joey, Liu Tsz Ling and Tong Tsz Wing aims to break their best result which they made history in the top four two years ago, in Canada.

After beating Germany, Japan and Spain in the first two days, the team pulled off an incredible performance against hosts France in the final day of the pool matches. Joey Chan made the good start with a straight game wins over Coline Aumard though Annie Au and Liu Tsz Ling were defeated by the World No.6 Camille Serme and Laura Pomportes in a close four games respectively. They secured Hong Kong as the second of Pool D to reach the top eight facing Malaysia, the third seed, in the quarter finals today at 5pm local time.
