The Fujifilm Mini-squash Scheme 2023/24 Carnival was successfully held in the afternoon yesterday (17 March) at the Piazza, Kowloon Park, Tsim Sha Tsui. Various squash-themed game booths, the “Squash Clinic” and the “Mini-squash Novice Competition” were organized for the public to experience the fun of the sports, plus the clown performance, magic show, and face painting for on-site entertainment.

In the “Squash Star Challenge” session, the 2022 Asian Games Women’s Team Silver Medalist Tong Tsz Wing, Chung Yat Long Leo and Lam Yat Ting Harley were invited to share their experience of being a full-time squash athlete and present the prizes to the winners of the “Mini-squash Novice Competition”. Furthermore, they also team up to play fun games with the selected kids on stage.

And the Inter-School Mini Squash Competition Prize Ceremony was successfully concluded on the same day along with the Honourable Duncan Chiu, Chairman of Squash Association of Hong Kong, China, Mr. Stanley Sun, Chief Executive Officer of Fuji Photo Products Co.,Ltd., Mr. Fung Hon Wa Harris, Sr Leisure Manager (Sports Funding) II of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, Dr. Douglas Lam, Chairman of the Junior Development of the Squash Association of Hong Kong, China, Ms. Phyllis Lo, Headteacher of Diocesan Boys' School. Primary Division, Mr. Ng Wai Choi, Principal of AD & FD POHL Leung Sing Tak School, Dr. Au Wai Man, Principal of Kau Yan School (Primary Section) and Mr. Stanton Chu, Principal of S.K.H. Kei Fook Primary School attended the ceremony.
