The PSA Challenger Tour 3K level tournament, Setanta Edmonton Squash Club Open 2022 was completed in Edmonton, Canada yesterday. The Hong Kong Squash Players, Tang Ming Hong and Chung Yat Long claimed Champion and Runner-up, while Matthew Lai and Harley Lam obtained 2nd Runner-up to summarize their journey.

It was the comeback tournament of the top seed, Tang Ming Hong after being injured for a few days. After knocking out the Canadian Momo El Serafy and 6th seed, Aaron Allpress from England in Round 1 and Quarter-final, Tang Ming Hong also eliminated his compatriot, 3rd seed Matthew Lai at 3-1 (12-10, 4-11, 11-7, 12-10) in the Semi. On the other side, the 4th seed Chung Yat Long also did his best in the tournament by upsetting his fellow, 2nd seed Harley Lam at 3-2 (8-11, 5-11, 11-8, 11-8, 11-5) in 65 minutes to reach the final.

Tang Ming Hong was eventually crowned confidently at 3-0 (11-6, 11-8, 11-7) in the Final, while Chung Yat Long claimed his first PSA Runner-up title.
